Some chefs will swear by traditional cast iron these days but we’ve got to acknowledge the big advantages that stick-free coatings deliver for the home cook:
- Use less oil. This doesn’t mean less oil in the final product, but it does mean less oil added to the dish during frying which ought to result in less oil on the final product assuming nothing is burning while cooking.
