OK, we’re going to put some spice in your dessert today, though not literally, with the Hot Thai Kitchen. They’ve got a really interesting take on caramel custard cake that we really loved and think that you’re going to enjoy as much as we did. They use a light fluffy orange chiffon cake as the base and then coat it in a thick creamy layer of caramel custard. It’s an outstanding dessert!
