I could cross the world on one leg as long as I knew that there would be cinnamon sticky buns waiting at the end of the journey. These are among the most delightful snacks in history and they’re very simple to make at home. I really like Anna Olson’s recipe as I think it really brings out the sweet/savory contrast in the cinnamon but honestly? I never met a cinnamon sticky bun that I didn’t like.
