The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook is a great introduction to the transformative technology of the air fryer. It enables you to cook with the advantages of fried food but with far less fat content. It’s also faster and cheaper than ordinary frying.
What most people don’t realize, however, is just how versatile an air fryer can be.
In The Complete Air Fryer Cook Book by Linda Larsen, you’ll find recipes for items as diverse as mixed-berry muffins and spicy Thai beef stir-fry.
If you’re worried that you’re going to compromise the taste of your food by using an air fryer instead of deep frying; why not check out this quick video on the difference between the two and which compares the final products? It’s very informative and quite a bit of fun too.
I don’t think even with an air fryer, you should make every day about fried food but every now and again it makes for an extra tasty treat!
I don’t think the The Complete Air Fryer Cook Book by Linda Larsen is perfect. The recipes are simple and many of them are very tasty but there are moments when in some recipes you find that the ingredients are, perhaps, a little too optimistic (“add cooked shrimp”?)
I am willing to forgive this, however, as it has plenty of recipes I do like and it’s hard to please everyone all of the time.
