Yesterday, we went with Star Wars and the big kid in my life. Today, we’re on a product more suited to the little kids in your home and heart.
My little ones are massive Disney fans and that’s something I can get completely behind – my only complaint about Disney is there aren’t enough new cartoon movies each year. I’d be happy with one a week.
So, when the chance to try this Disney DCM-8 Mickey Cake Pop Maker came up, I knew that I was going to jump on it.
My kids would never have forgiven me if I didn’t and I was really tempted by the chance to make cake pops in the shape of Mickey Mouse.
Mickey Is An All-American Hero
Mickey Mouse is one of America’s oldest cartoon characters and he is, quite rightly in my opinion, one of the most recognizable American icons globally. Mickey is awesome and kids all over the world love him and that makes him a hero in my book.
Making people happy is the best job anyone can do. You can learn about Mickey’s long, distinguished history here:
Amazing stuff, right?
So, About Those Cake Pops…
It works! You can really make cake pops in the shape of Mickey Mouse and with a little chocolate to dip them in, you can turn them into a treat worthy of Walt Disney himself. My kids fell in love with this device as soon as it arrived and I think we’ll be keeping it. This is a lot more fun than our other cake pop maker.
It’s also worth pointing out that this is a very good value product and given that it’s only likely to get occasional use, it should last a long time too. I’m happy to give this a thumbs up from Kitchen Authority.
