Easy Garlic Bread: Kitchen Authority Basics

Short and simple, that’s our garlic bread recipe. You need:

  • ½ a cup of salted butter
  • ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 gloves of garlic finely sliced
  • Chopped parsley (a big handful)
  • A baguette
  • Some finely grated parmesan

Preheat your oven to 450 Fahrenheit. Mix the oil and butter, garlic and parsley in a saucepan and heat until the butter melts.

Cut the bread in half down the length. Place it on a baking tray and brush or drizzle the oil/butter mixture on both sides. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake until golden brown. Slice it when you serve it.
