I’m not sure how we managed before the Instant Pot came along. Well, yes, I am, we had the pressure cooker, but it always felt so inexact.

You knew you were in for a very slow day when you prepared something in a pressure cooker, but the Instant Pot gives you the same results, but “instantly” (sort of).

There are only 4 recipes here, so you’ll want to upgrade to the book pretty quickly once you’ve seen the power of an Instant Pot.

These are yummy, by the way. My family loves food from the Instant Pot.
