Key Lime Pie, of course, gets its name from the Florida Keys. This recipe for Key Lime Pie from The CooknShare is a slight break from the tradition as it’s not a non-bake approach. They say that they feel because the recipe calls for eggs; it really ought to be baked to be as safe as possible for your family. I don’t think that’s a bad thing and when we made this at home; it turned out brilliantly.
