Microwave Scrambled Eggs: Kitchen Authority Basics

Want scrambled eggs but don’t have a stove? Don’t fret. As long as you have a microwave you need:

  • 2 eggs per person
  • 10 g of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Place the eggs, butter, salt and pepper in a pyrex jug. Put it in the microwave on full power for approximately 20-30 seconds until the egg begins to rise. Remove jug from microwave and vigorously whisk the contents. Repeat 2 or 3 more times until the eggs are cooked. Serve immediately.
