Milo has produced a handsome enameled cast iron dutch oven. The precision craftsmanship translates into more consistent results and in the end, better, healthier food for you and your family. It’s win-win.

In an interview with My Recipes, Zach Schau (founder of Milo Kitchen), had this to say:

“A Dutch oven is a tough thing to buy because you’re either paying $300-plus or you’re getting something cheap and low quality. Neither of those is a good option.”

Citing three essential qualities that characterize Dutch Oven greatness – design, coating, craftsmanship – Schau explained:

“When all these are working in tandem, you get a piece of cookware that you end up coming back to, night after night.”

The cast-iron Milo Classic Dutch Oven has been crafted with modern conditions in mind. The glossy enamel is easily cleaned in a dishwasher. Or crank up the oven to 500 and pop in your Milo – no worries.

And in the VERY unlikely case there is a defect the lifetime guarantee kicks in. No questions asked. That’s a good dutch oven promise. Classic.

What really seals the deal for us at Kitchen Authority is the price! While a quality Dutch oven from Le Creuset or Staub will set you back $300+, the Milo only costs $95. Amazing!
