If you’re anything like me, you’ll watch a fair amount of cookery shows and like me, you’ll have run into “molecular cookery” at some point or another.
That’s a school of cuisine that lets you experiment with the textures and flavor combinations of food at the chemical level.
It’s also very expensive to get into, or at least it was before they released the Molecule-R Cuisine R-Evolution Kit.
About Molecular Cookery
If you want to learn about molecular cookery, you’ll need to spend a bit of time on the Molecule-R Flavors channel and there are a huge number of easy (ish) recipes to follow there.
For the moment, I’d recommend you check out the video below to get a feel for the possibilities that can be brought to life with this kit.
Pretty cool, right?
So, What’s In The Molecule-R Cuisine R-Evolution Kit Box?
The Molecule-R Cuisine R-Evolution Kit gives you all you need to create molecular meals, now that doesn’t mean that you can go forever on this.
Many of the additives supplied need rebuying but they are all reasonably priced and the actual non-food content is robust and will last a reasonable length of time.
You’ll find 20 sachets of additives, 1 mold, 3 pipettes, 2 spoons, 1 syringe, 2 silicone tubes and most importantly – a DVD that teaches you how to use all this stuff together.
I had a ton of fun using the Molecule-R Cuisine R-Evolution Kit, which you can find on Amazon for a very reasonable price. I think, however, it’s going to take me a long while to master this interesting art form. I am looking forward to trying!
