This is also a cookbook with a huge amount of intelligence.
We’re not dragged over old ground and trying to simplify classics but rather Deb has come up with a ton of brand new recipes that are going to motivate you to make them when you get home at the end of a hard day.
There’s a certain thrill to new tastes that can really brighten up your life and things like the Magical Two-Ingredient Oat Brittle (yes, really two ingredients – even my kids can make this) and Everything Drop Biscuits With Cream Cheese is simply sublime.
It’s not all carbs either. Check out the Beefsteak Skirt Steak Salad and the Mango Apple Ceviche with Sunflower Seeds.
They’re absolutely delightful and brighten up your palate as soon as you get a hint of them.
